Mitchells Roberton is a medium-sized law firm based in Glasgow. As one of the oldest firms in Scotland, we can trace our roots back to the 1740s. We have an opportunity for in our Litigation Department for a recently qualified solicitor (ideally NQ up to PQE+3) dealing with a mix of civil court work with a focus on commercial litigation, property litigation, debt recovery, and private client disputes.

The successful candidate will have an ability to apply themselves to a diverse workload and be able to communicate well with clients. They will have good organisational and communication skills, analytical ability, commercial focus, able to assess options and risks and identify appropriate solutions, the ability confidently to manage their own case load, and good IT skills. They will also hold a full and unrestricted practising certificate from the Law Society of Scotland.
