We are looking for a qualified Solicitor to join our expanding team, working across a mixed caseload of privately funded criminal defence and civil litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to take on complex, high-profile cases with the full support of an experienced, dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with trial experience (we will consider NQs with relevant traineeships or those with several years PQE).

• A full driving licence – some travel across the Central Belt is required.

• A background in criminal law – civil litigation experience is a bonus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

  
  

Civil Caseload Includes:

• Pursuer/defender personal injury

• Uninsured loss recovery (RTCs)

• Judicial review

• Misconduct defence

• Fatal accident inquiries & public inquiries
