A great opportunity to join a small, friendly and busy legal practice.

We are looking for a motivated and capable Qualified Legal Assistant to join our small, friendly and very busy team based on the south side of Glasgow.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently and managing their own workload, with experience in residential conveyancing, wills and powers of attorney. They will also be a flexible team player, happy to lend a hand across the office whenever required.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and takes pride in delivering excellent client service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a professional, approachable manner and the ability to thrive in a busy working environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in residential conveyancing.

• Knowledge and experience of wills and powers of attorney.

• The ability to work independently and manage files from start to finish.

• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues as needed.

We would welcome applications from experienced candidates and may also consider a newly qualified applicant who has the right skills, attitude and enthusiasm.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
