The speaker, Stephen Winter, has specialised in immigration and asylum law for 20 years. He has represented clients at the First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal, Court of Session (judicial reviews and appeals in the Inner House), UK Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
He called to the bar in 2011 and is ranked Band 1 for Immigration in the latest edition of Chambers & Partners UK.
