About the Speaker: Duncan Milne (Advocate)  
Duncan called to the Bar in 2022 as a Lord Hope Scholar and practices principally in the field of commercial law with a particular interest in contractual, construction and engineering, professional negligence and employment disputes. He represents clients in the Court of Session (including the Commercial Court), the Sheriff Court and the Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunal.
