About the Speaker, Stephen Cowan:

 

Stephen was Managing Director, of Yuill+Kyle Debt Recovery solicitors, Scotland for many years, with over 30 years’ experience in the sector.  A regular contributor to publications such as ‘Credit Today’ and ‘Credit Management’, he has written the section on Scottish litigation in Croner’s ‘Guide to Credit Management’ and Tolley’s ‘Effective Credit Control and Debt Recovery Handbook’.

 

He is also the author of “Scottish Debt Recovery: A Practical Guide”, now in its second edition. Stephen also lectures extensively on Scottish debt recovery law and credit control issues. He tutored to post graduate law students at both Glasgow and Strathclyde universities.
