This session will explore recent trends and developments in commercial court practice with reference to a number of recent decisions.

About the speaker:

Neale Tosh is an advocate with Axiom Advocates. He practises in public and commercial law and appears regularly in commercial actions in the Court of Session and the sheriff courts. He holds an appointment as standing junior counsel to the Advocate General for Scotland and he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
