This session will explore reflective loss in Company Law following Sevilleja v Marex Financial Ltd and recent challenges to the holding of a Scottish share pledge.

Jonny Hardman was a solicitor in private practice for 10 years before starting at the Law School where he is Lecturer in International Commercial Law, His research is conducted across a broad range of commercial law (particularly rights in security) and company law (particularly the law of private companies)
