Charles Hennessy will talk about recent trends in procedure, along with the ad hoc reforms forced upon us all by the pandemic. Will some of the necessary adaptations in rules and practice stick?  Do we want them to stick?  How might they change the way we litigate in the next five years?  Have litigators anything to fear or to cheer?
