In recent years, judicial review has become so widely used that the UK government plans to substantially amend its use. Ken Forrest, Advocate, a practising member of the Faculty of Advocates will consider the future of this widely used remedy in Scotland.
 
Ken specialises in immigration and asylum work, and has raised many Petitions for judicial review. He was part of a group that advised the Scottish Civil Justice Council on important changes introduced several years ago.
