Glasgow Sheriff Court AWI Working Group Minutes to be published on the Royal Faculty website
Members may be interested to know that Sheriff Kerr chairs a quarterly Adults with Incapacity (AWI) Working Group at Glasgow Sheriff Court, bringing together Sheriffs, practitioners and court clerks to discuss matters relating to AWI practice and procedure. Until now, minutes of the group's meetings have been made available on request through information displayed in the AWI courtrooms. Brodie Cup 2026 delivers another fantastic day at Pollok Golf Club
The Royal Faculty's inter-firm golf tournament - the Brodie Cup returned to Pollok Golf Club on Wed., 27 May 2026, bringing together colleagues from across the legal profession for another memorable afternoon of golf, friendly competition and excellent company. The tournament proved to be every bit as enjoyable as anticipated. Seven teams, each made up of three golfers, took to the course in glorious weather. With Pollok Golf Club once again proving to be an exceptional venue
