About the seminar:
For an update on what is happing in the world of a Sheriff Officer, Ronnie Murison, Messenger-at-Arms and Sheriff Officer will be looking at court and diligence trends and the diligences used by creditors, and what lies ahead with the likely introduction of digital enforcement.
About the speaker:
Ronnie is an experienced Messenger-at-Arms and Sheriff Officer and has been a fixture in Stirling Park for many years. Early in his career he plied his trade by enforcing summary warrants during the challenging “Poll Tax” era and was a partner in the firm until it was acquired by new owners. He continues to work with the new management team and focuses his time working with the firm’s legal clients. He has been involved with The Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff officers to assist with industry matters and has interest in the development and modernisation of enforcement to improve…
