Holmes Mackillop is a full-service law firm with a reputation for providing an excellent
service to clients. Our busy Private Client team acts for a wide range of clients, providing a full range of private client services including Wills and Powers of Attorney, all aspects of Trust and Executry administration and other private client related matters such as the
administration of the financial affairs of elderly clients in residential or nursing care.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client paralegal to join our team to deal with the day-to-day administration of Trusts, Executries and Guardianships. This role will involve regular client contact.
Key responsibilities include:
Dealing with the administration of Executry matters including all administration and accounting
Guardianships and the financial affairs of elderly clients in permanent residential care.
Regular contact with clients by telephone, email, and general correspondence.
Ability to work with limited supervision and manage your own caseload.
Key experience and skills required:
Previous sxperience in a similar role
Methodical approach to work with good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
A SOLAS or Paralegal qualification.
This is a full-time permanent role with core hours of 9am – 5pm . We have 5 offices at
Glasgow, Giffnock, Milngavie, Johnstone and Bishopbriggs with the benefit of flexibility
regarding location to suit the successful candidate.
