Sherriff Principle Craig Turnbull would like to draw your attention to the updated criteria and referral procedures in relation to the Alcohol Court.

The Alcohol Court continues to sit on Mondays – with new cases calling at 12 noon and existing cases at 2 pm.
The sheriffs who preside in the court continue to be Sheriff Iain Fleming; Sheriff Gerry Bonnar; and Sheriff Shona Gilroy.
