The Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow was delighted to welcome members and colleagues from across the profession to this year’s "Procurators’ Puzzler" — an evening of intellect, camaraderie and spirited competition.

Held as an inter-firm quiz night, the event brought together 110 of Glasgow’s sharpest legal minds, all eager to test their knowledge in pursuit of the coveted Royal Faculty Quiz Trophy. With welcome drinks kindly sponsored by Legal Link by Jones Whyte, teams enjoyed a lively and challenging evening.

Thanks to the enthusiasm and generosity of all who attended, the event raised an outstanding £3,049 for the Scottish Refugee Council. The Faculty is incredibly proud to support such an important cause and grateful to everyone who contributed to this achievement.

Congratulations go to this year’s winners, “5 Audible Knox” from Anderson Strathern, who emerged victorious after a particularly competitive contest.

The Faculty also extends its sincere thanks to Stephen Connolly of Blackadders LLP and his excellent assistant, Mark Davis of Ashurst, for delivering such an engaging and expertly run quiz. We are equally grateful to Legal Link by Jones Whyte for their generous sponsorship, which helped maximise the funds raised on the night.

Once again, the Procurators’ Puzzler has demonstrated the strength, generosity and good humour of our legal community. Thank you to all who took part — we look forward to welcoming you back next year to defend (or challenge for) the title.
