The successful applicant will be comfortable in dealing with domestic conveyancing transactions without supervision and with client contact. They will have some degree of exposure to general private client work including Wills, Powers of Attorney and executries.
Bute is a delightful place to live and work and has hourly ferry links to the mainland via Wemyss Bay the crossing taking only 35 minutes. It is possible to commute from the mainland.
