Confirmation checklist for Glasgow Sheriff Court

On 28 July we had publicised that, in response to concerns raised by the RFPG around waiting times for Confirmations at Glasgow Sheriff Court, the Sheriff Principal had suggested introducing a checklist for applications to reduce rejections and invited views from practitioners.

Following this consultation exercise the Sheriff Principal has now advised that a checklist will be introduced for applications for Confirmation.  She has now invited us to consult with members on the proposed terms of the checklist. Please click on link below.
